Oh, by the way, it's true that dogs have to learn to see a picture on a 2D surface. Titan's dogs have seen a 2D picture often enough, so they see it, but heck, I've even met a healthy adult human being who had almost never seen a 2D picture, and if one gave her a photo or a magazine or something, she couldn't make any sense of the picture.
This was because she had just moved to Finland from some small village in Africa and really hadn't ever seen a 2D picture before Finland.
Normally, if you hand someone a picture, he or she will automatically turn it the right way. She didn't. She hardly even looked at it (it was a photograph of a human) and held it in her hand upside down. And there really wasn't anything wrong with her, the people I work with (who have seen people like this before) say it's very common in people from almost "uncivilized" areas.
