Amiga was much better platform at the time of DOS, with better graphics and nicer sound.
Try WinUAE 0.9.91 and for example Wings of Fury, and you'll se big difference. (or maybe just poor port on dos
)
Same with Superfrog and some other games, but there is a lot of games that were never released on PC like
Lionheartand Mr. Nutz, two of great amiga platformers.
