I have a book on Lucid Dreaming, and it has a bunch of tips and tricks on how to train yourself to become lucid. I've done it exactly four times in my sleep, before I became too busy to keep up with the process. My Dad did it for a long time too and had Lucid dreams for a long LONG time. It was one of the most incredible experiences ever.

A problem a lot of people have when they become Lucid is that they wake up in the excitement. This took awhile to over come, but the times I have been Lucid were amazing. The coolest was the time I was able to fly to the sun. It was soooo wonderful!

When I was lucid, I would use the time to practice my music. I was able to practice a song for like, six hours, and when I woke up I had totally improved on it. It was really amazing.
