EoF is correct in saying that there is no
posting restriction in the games discussion forum. However, that does not mean you can create new threads there. But why would you want to anyway? That forum really is just reserved for game discussion threads, so the only people who can create new threads are updaters and admins, obviously, because they're also the people who add the new games to the site.
