There's always been mails like these, not going to end so soon. Just pathetic.
Another tip: When you receive some supposed paypal warning that your account was hacked, do not open your paypal site in the same window. Those emails might contain trojans that save your password. And warn paypal about those mails, even though they can't do much but send a prevention letter to their customers.
