The graphics reminded me of a truly weird game I ran into on my early post-AOL days, called ChubGam:

The game had intriguing claims of 3-D combat and cinema scenes and whatnot. The site still exists above and has the same outrageous claims. Obviously, it uses the same engine as Terminal Terror.
The actual game was short, had little combat, and was just plain strange. With DOSBox on my machine, I just might give it another try.
