the bnfl takes billions from the taxpayer evry year. and has been scince the 1950's if we had spent half of that money on research into solar and wind based energys we would live in a far cleaner world.

B. perhaps i should address someone with this to see if this is true. it seems logical, but i am still not sure if the cooling watter is released with no checking of it's radioactivity.
Solar and Wind are ineficient (currently). They are also expencive (solar panels have short livespan) and according to bird lovers wind plants are also very dangerous for bird. I am not sure to believe the last one but they are the experts.
What we need is fusion power.
maximum power, very little waiste.
Unfortunatelly experimantal reactor is due to be complited in 2025, so if we could get some friendly aliens visis before that time i would appreciate it.
