You certain? I don't think that the whole of Europe will be able to compete with China once it gets it's minor affairs in order. Y'know how valuable recycled aluminum is? As long as the US is selling metal to China then China will remain uber, after all, Jamaica is much closer to the US than it is to China :evil:
