As for the second one:
Poser 3.0 for the girl model, Simply 3D to render the model, photoshop using the kais power tools 5 flame fractal plugin for the finishing touches

The next one is a combination of poetry and digital art. It's not easy to find a right balance when combining of text and graphical stuff, but I just keep trying
