Basically any book that has one of the following could be traced back to the Greek mythology:
- a mother thinking her son is absolutely the most (Oidipus);
- two people fighting over a woman and draging others into the fight (Illiad);
- a widow waiting for her husband to return, because she doesn't believe he's dead (Odyssey);
- the struggle between what is right and what should one do according to the law (Antigona);
- fighting for the life of a loved one (Orestus);
and many more...
You can basically link anything to Greek Mythology - most European literature can be linked to it, because it's the root for most of European culture.
