Morker I remember having playing that a lot when I was young. I have no problem with getting the ball with manual control, but I do have enermous problem in serving. Nearly every 1st and 2nd service is a fault. I am able to get most of the point when my opponents serve, but unfortunately I can never win a match that way...
What the secret behind that?

Regards
Morker

fmc83 The best tennis-game for ages. The first game, that really was better was virtua tennis, which came out about ten years later. A must-play!!!

What's the point? If I were you, I wouldn't even bother with XP, just pop it into DosBox right away.

Bluntman Great addition Played it for months, back in the day. I had no joypad or anything, just me and my keyboard

The manual control isn't that difficult, believe me. The "running automatically" mode has been implemented for the girls

Icewolf I love this game.

@ paulypoos: You can switch in the settings between semi-automatic and manual control.

I CANNOT recommend manual control cause it's extremely difficult! Get used to your player running automatically and you only have to time and control your hits.

paulypoos I cant seem to be able to configure my player to work using the keyboard, I can swing (and sometimes hit!) the ball using the spacebar but he runs back and forth by himself. Wish you could have added a bit more info in the review concerning these strange controls, seems a nice game...bet its not as good as SUPER TENNIS for the SNES though, loved that!
