You can save the game, but only if you run the game from a floppy.
You will need two floppies, one with the game on it and one blanco for saving.

Saving your progress:
Run the game from A:\ prompt
Click on icon floppy till you see 'save game'
Put 'savegame' floppy in now.
Click on 'save game' in the black field.
If you want to play further put game floppy in.

Loading:
Start game from A:\ prompt
Click on floppy icon till you see 'load the game'Don't click on 'load game' now or game will freeze!
Put the 'savegame' floppy in
Now click on 'load game' in the black field.
Wait a sec till you see 'loading over' message.
Put the game floppy back in.
Game will run from last saved point, you'll find all your notes, memos and such back.

You can have only one save point, but should you want more: the game saves in 3 files:
fishes.mav
medj.mav
partie.mav
You can backup those files in separate folders or so to have as many save points that you want.

If you don't have a floppy disk drive (modern times *sigh*) t his also works from an external USB floppy drive or with a 'virtual' floppy drive.

Notice: do not run the game from a folder on the floppy, the game MUST be stored directly on A:\
