There is such a forum, and contrary to what you think it is linked to from the official DosBox site.

The official site also has an extensive FAQ on the subject of DosBox.

Is there a forum for DOSBox Help? As I can't seem to find one on their site. Every time I alt-enter to maximize the screen my monitor goes out and displays an "out of frequency" message. How would I go about changing this, or trying to anyhow?
