arete | Well review and up the shareware so long. Then someone's bound to come along with the full version and you can just amend the review. |

E_net4 | Sure it happens to be a hard game to find. This review from 2012 explains how hard it is to find the complete version. There also happens to be a difference between some game versions in terms of video format. |

Used to be shareware, now it's free, so it should be approved. Unfortunately, I couldn't find full version. |

http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/animal-quest The publisher/developer (Alive Software) is not an ESA member. No buylinks found. I think we can label the game as 'approved'. Can anyone confirm that? |

Animal Quest (This is more of a matter of being an apparently rare game in its complete version, rather than a matter of whether to become accepted on Abandonia. Hopefully I didn't miss the right section. ) Animal Quest is an educational game from 1996, made by Alive Software, where you play as the role of an animal and make your way through levels of grid maps, eating smaller animals and/or plants while avoiding your predators. The thing is, all that you can find with a search are shareware versions, which only contains the Forest Animals chapter. the company no longer sells the game, and a complete version is nowhere to be found. So I wonder if anyone actually managed to find it, hopefully making some people look for it as well. |
