The Fifth Horseman We're mildly suspecting the code has become self-aware and is trying to take over the world.

No, not really... but at this point it wouldn't be surprising at all. Long story short, the tech guys are trying to find the cause of the the problem - it's one sneaky bug, and non-reproducable in the test environment to boot.

pjburnhill THAT'S why I can't change my password... have to use the 'reset pass' link just to temporarily log in at the moment...

Sorry to ask this, but still no ETA?

The Fifth Horseman The techs are working on fixing this and several other critical problems.
I can't give you a definite date when this problem will be fixed - should be done by the end of this month, though.

I tried again and it still isn't working.
