damn sorry i thought you were speaking about the 3d wolfenstein at first. anyways, check the youtube video i posted up there this game was sensitive to the type of processor i downloaded it and checked it out. in order to run it close to the speed it was meant to be run at, i set my core to normal and cycles to 230. try that |

wow, how did your cycles end up on 10? set it to max or auto. rather auto and which version of dosbox you're using? by the way, it is an old game, it doesn't have any fabulous sounds. maybe you hear it as you're supposed to and you don't even know you are. here is an example of the sounds in the game http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8MwL...eature=related |

_r.u.s.s. | how is the sound "unreconizable" then? is it shuttering? or it sounds different than how you remember it used to sound like? what are your core and cycles settings in dosbox config file?

602058 | I am using dosbox. The game plays, but the sound is the problem.

Castle Wolfenstein Sound Problems! I just downloaded Castle Wolfenstein and the sound is garbled and almost unreconizable. How can I fix this? I tried the suggestions in the help files but nothing worked. Below are my basic machine specs. Intel i7 quad processor 4GB DDR3 Memory Windows Vista Home Premium X-Fi Titanium Sound card 2x Nvidia 9800 Gigabyte Mother board This was one of my first computer games back when it released on the Mac and I'd love to play it again!
