Hello,

Recently some of my buddies changed place and we re not able anymore to play this game. We were thinking to try and set up a virtual lan using Hamachi but some of us have problems within it's installation. Any ideas if there is a patch or something to make RA2 work on tcp-ip?

Also, we have 3 orignal RA2 cds for 5-6 persons, this is the reason why we can't play it on gamespy, it worked very well when we were in our own Lan but sing it uses ipx we can't play it if we re appart.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have no clue what you're talking about, because RA2 for me ran like clockwork...better actually, but if you do get it to work, you're in for what in my opinion is the best game of all time. k:

Sorry I can't be more helpful .

Storm Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't RA2's Online game function connect to XWIS now? Can you not use this instead of trying to set up a VPN?
