You might try to see if that changes when running in fullscreen (sometimes it does). Second comes the amount of emulated RAM memory. Change it from the default 4 to 8 or 16. Third, make sure the sound configuration of the game matches the values you've got set in DosBox.conf - defaults are Sound Blaster 16, IRQ (interrupt) 7, DMA 1, Address 220h. If you've got that set and continue to encounter problems, try changing the soundcard emulation to Sound Blaster Pro 2 (SBPRO2). |

mean that the game is doing stuff dosbox doesn't like. It's probably not compatible with DOSBox it may not be compatible at all or it could be one setting you selected (like the sound driver) |

In order to mount a CD image you type in: IMGMOUNT [emulated drive letter] [location of the image on your real system] -t iso And that's all there is to it. As in: IMGMOUNT D F:\games\C&C_NOD.ISO -t iso |

Image done, the image works properly and all that, but i hardly understand anything from the imgmount guide you posted. Think i'm done, it's getting way too hard for me and i'd probably need alot of help with the mounting. thanks for taking your time :] |

Remove any current CD-ROM mounts in DosBox.conf. Make an ISO of the game CD and mount it in DosBox as your D:\ drive (using IMGMOUNT). This tends to help in similar cases, may work in yours too. |
