Tried to find anything about this extension. Found a site with a huge DB of almost all known file extensions.

.td0 - Teledisk Disk Image

Teledisk was a popular disk archival tool around 1990. It was able to convert any diskette into a compressed file and vice-versa.

Another game had an AD0 file, and that was an image, and it worked when I unpacket the archive, but this TD0 is more troublesome.
