catchaserguns I was able to find a version of blood to work on windows. The sound is not the best but I played and completed the game. To find it you need to search the net and download each one and test them. Thats what i did.

Icewolf Well, if blood isn't running, you're probably not wounded... LOL

Morrin Well, the damaged file is quite rare (never happened to me) but I guess it's worth trying. I hope it works, because the game kicks behind!

wolfnightmare Thank you morrin i'll see if downloading it again works, for the rest it was all that was in the zip file that i copied to my HD so i don t think something would be missing.

Morrin Have you extracted the .zip with "extract all subfolders" (or something like that) enabled? Go to the blood folder and see if there are any subfolders there. Im not quite sure if this is the problem but you could try it.

Also the file you downloaded could be corrupted.

Hundreds of reasons..

wolfnightmare well i managed to get the blood game over the net (here in abandonia is esa protected or something) and when ithought it was going to be ok the game crashed after the third screen (the one with the gargoyle) it was sayin somthing about a file in a /src directory that does not even exist. it was relationed with a sound file with a .cpp extension and sound #35 for the sound environment 4... well i tried renaming a txtfile to the name of the missing thing... did not work, creating the requested directory...did not work, changing the atributtes in the properties tab for every exe of the game... did not work. please someone help me i read the manual and the game seems to be as great as duke nukem 3d

I forgot to say I am using win98 and as long as i know is a very DOSgame compatible OS
