I tried that, and it kicks me right back into Windows...and according to the "read.me" file (near the end), it require the computer to have memory addresses A000-Afff available to run it with the universal VESA driver. So how can I do that for DOSbox?

How do you play this in SVGA within DOSbox?

I actually have the original game and loved playing it! Played it on my home built 486 PC, with the VESA driver. In SGVA, the planes were beautifully rendered! Even tho the frame rate was down.

Only problem, was it wasn't long until all started going to Windows, and I wasn't able to play this anymore.

Thanks!

Guest named Dhampy How does the original Dawn Patrol compare to the sequel "Flying Corps"?

Guest_Michael_* Hello everyone

Iīve still got the original box somewhere at my parents place, I loved that game :-)

Ever since Iīve been searching for the name of the theme music playing in the backround of the menu, does anybody know what itīs name is? I assume itīs something classical but thatīs how far it goes.
Please help me out, youīd do mea real favor.

Cheers,

Michael

p.S.: Great Site, keep up the good work!

ahem - I would buy this version - but is it legal to share it then with you? Im not really familiar with this kind of game publishing[/b]
The idea is that once the few copies left are sold out, the game will be abandoned because it won't be available for sale.
