select overlay as output open dosbox.conf (there is a link to it in the startmenu look for output=surface change it output=overlay |

Iron_Scarecrow | I have a question. It it common for games to jump a lot in Dosbox? Cause mine do and it gets very annoying. If no for the previous question what can I do to fix it, other than change the framerate and cpu cycles? | |

Reaper | Thanks Data, that seems to be the problem. I installed the latest video drivers and it runs now. I didn't had those installed coz' FarCry won't run with them (I hate all this drivers). But I prefer DOSBox. | |

dosbox seems to be running fine with sp2 i heard. maybe try the following setting in dosbox.conf modem=false |
