indeed especially when you use a non internet explorer browser.  just add .Zip at the end of the file and you'll be able to open it...

just rename it to a filename.zip at my place the zip extension gets lost now and then as well. |

Perhaps you used a download manager? If you did, try without it and see if that helps.
