| aaberg | I don't think you can go offline with Mozilla and keep your downloads running. Mozilla doesn't support that. You will need somekind of download manager, that is made especially for this. |

It's not a matter of going off-line but a matter of closing the download manager. you can pause your download when you go offline but when you close your downloadmanager indeed your download will be cancelled. I agree that it is pretty annoying

 Whenever I close the download manager in Mozilla or go offline all my downloads get cancelled!!!
