Old DOS adventure game maybe partly set in the jungle

It's been a long time ago so all the details can be not 100% accurate. As far as I remember it was an adventure game where you could control a male character. It seems like the game starts with a plane crash somewhere what appears to be jungle with some river. Problem is that I don't remember anything else since I dindn't progress much in the game. If I remember correctly the plane was white and it wasn't very big, the graphics were more or less realistic.
It was also not Hugo III, Jungle of Doom! or Flight of the Amazon Queen.

I really loved Broken Sword! But that isn't the game I am looking for( The one I remember was more like 2D and I think the name was more obscure. Not one of these popular titles.
