I somehow managed to obtain copies of both of those ancient abandoned games from the topic's title, but there are a few problems with them:
1) The Book 1, Chapter 2 is in "registered v2.10" version and that means it has garbled spells' descriptions. Patch v2.11 corrects that issue.
2) Tyrants of Thaine are "registered v2.00" but that means it has a problem with having more than one skill "tagged" (those who played would know what I meant) in the team at any given time. Patch (or really registered version) v2.01 corrects that.
My question is: does anyone has proper patches/versions? I scourged the Internet but find nothing more than dead links and desolate places. Alternatively, is there a way to simply "hack/edit" an executable to get proper results?
