Hello,
It's a game I played a long while ago and I can't remember the title.
It was set in Europe with a top view and you had a character that moved in a car/plane/train depending on the landscape.
You could travel through Europe and buy businesses in cities/towns (I even remember you had an image of the Loch Ness Monster (Nessie) in Scotland. At the start of each turn you had to roll a dice which was represented by a slot machine and you could play against the cpu or other players.
I remember one of the characters was a guy with a stylish mustache with a top hat.
I'm fairly sure that someone will identify it immediately :)
