Trying to find info about this TPS(?)

Hello, new user here.
I'd like to request assistance in identifying this game I played when I was younger.

This is what I know;

I played the game (Shareware, natch) on Windows 98
There were 3 playable characters; a miner, a giant lizard man and a cat girl unavailable in the shareware version
One of the pickups was a "Lil' Buddy" that floated above you and shot when you attacked
Among the enemies included a repair drone that would fire missiles at you if you attacked it enough times.


That's all I can tell. I'm not good with the graphics or the sound as it has been a long time since I've played that...

How it looked? In-depth levels? Corridor? Platform jumper? Left-to-right, above, any direction?

How battles was looked? Action, turn-based, active pause, shooting, meelee?

Was it real 3D, or sprite-based, with free view, or fixed point maybe?

Probably Eradicator due to characters. I never played this game, but now that I seen the screenshots, I definitely know this cat-woman. Probably there were some screenshots and commercials back then.

I didn't remember the characters aside from the miner (I didn't even remember he was a miner :P), but I don't know many sci-fi TPS with three characters. Searching for the game matched the description, so there it went.
