This is my friend's request, I'll give you all the information I can about this game, well, in fact that is what she told me:
1) Every game level used to start on an elevator and to end that level you had to do some stuff around and after completed, return to the elevator, and it would take you up to the next level.
2) The game executable is bes.exe
Thanks :amused:

If it's an FPS, the game sounds a little like the Blake Stone series. If what you had to do was find a red keycard, then it's almost definitely Blake Stone. However, I don't think it has bes.exe, although a different version to mine might have had.

Oh :o
It might be that one, thanks.
Or, it might be Capstone's Operation Body Count. You had elevators there. You had also stairs though. And there were those hostage rescue situations if I remember correctly and you were able to command some poor AI troops as well, so there was definitely something to do. Game executable is bc.exe.

Sounds like Black Stone to me.

Well, the EXEs of the ones I have are BS_AOG.EXE and BSPS.EXE. Operation Bodycount is BCOUNT.EXE (Yes, I have that too.) So it might not be. If it is Blake Stone, well, 3D Realms still sell it. Here. (http://www.3drealms.com/blake/index.html)

hmm yeah..., according to her it seems to be a FPS, DOS app.
Also, she seemed to have a demo version only. Hm..

Blake Stone has a shareware episode (it's an Apogee game after all), but if it really was bes.exe, it can't be that title.
