Please note that this isn't a screenshot of the game. I forgot the game's exact name (probably just 'monopoly') and the author and this screen layout and the fact it was in text mode was all I could remember.

If you looked at the screenshots and take the fact that this game was a text mode game laid out like the picture I posted as well as reading the first sentence it would be quite obvious that it isn't it.
