I guess the game is already in the installed state. Just copy it to some folder and run the executable that configures the game's sound / music and some other things (usually setup.exe or config.exe or install.exe), then the one that starts the game. That's it. ;)

Well, you found install.exe, right? So just try all other of them out. ;)
And you surely know what a folder is, do you? :eeeeeh: :D

Just unzip the game to a new folder. Create a folder and unzip the game there. ;)
Then you just need to set it up and you can play it. You don't need to install it. :max:

For Midi setting you should select one of these: General Midi, Roland (either Rap-10 or Roland Canvas). Port should be set to 330.
Sound - Soundblaster, Soundblaster Pro or Soundblaster 16. On some games Soundblaster 16 is not as good selection as Soundblaster Pro. Settings for Soundblaster - Port 220, IRQ 7, DMA 1, 16 bit DMA (if available) can be left as it is.

Did you try the VDMSound?

If you are using XP, there is no sound if you run DOS game directly. TO get the sound you need to install VDMSound or DOSBox (there are more other solutions, but try to stick to one or both of these ;)).
There are a lot of topics around how to install and use them, but if you need more detailed instructions or have any questions, just ask here.

Did you try to select all the files of the game and removing the read-only attribute from them? Just select them all, right-click on them and select properties. Below there 3 or 4 small boxes. ;)

There's a note on how to start the game at the end of the review. Probably worth checking out ;)
