O.K. yesterday I bought "Grand Prix Legends" for PC, and since it was a @#!$ russian conversion the whole text was like:

????? ?? ?????@
???? /???????

There was a warning on the game's back to use a program VirNet Regional Settings Changer. It didnt do anything.
What kind of program would you suggest to get the text back to english?
The whole text has been f*cked up by "Russian Text Translation Runtime Manager v2.0"

You can try to find a english conversion and change text files.

And to get the english conversion I would have to buy another game? :blink:

I am not sure it would really help you, but try to change your nationality settings under Windows. Some games look for that when setting their language.
