Any sort of game where you stuck i nthe wilderness, trapped on an island, etc and must use your abilities to survive, make food, etc.

The same seems to be the truth with Deus, a game I played but bored me in like half and hour or something. But maybe the lack of manual and the dislike of the game itself was the cause

I believe "Wolf" and "Lion" are survival games. I think it's like an animal simulation, but I haven't played either of them. Oregon Trail is kind of like a survival game too.
