Hello everyone.
I'll try describe this game as best as possible.
I got the game from a NEO cd (ive tried google NEO, no results)long time ago.
It's about evolution, so this starts from the early ages of humankind, where you have to do fire for the first time, and so it evolves from there. Then you have to do swords for example, smelt materials, do computer chips in the end of the game.
Do railroads, typography all that kind of thing. Build boats, sail.
It's all about evolution.
I remember the game was made in flash, by then it was called Shockwave flash or something(When you right-clicked "shockwave flash" menu thing would appear).

Any suggestions is appreciated, I've tried a long time to get this game.

btw, this NEO cd im talking about, i'm not sure if this was something my cousin has made with some friends. it's not NEO geo. This was for computer like, windows 95/98.

It's nothing like Civilisation. It's kind of like a 1st person game, where you do the different tasks you get. You change scene everytime you've done a task.
This is actually just pictures as far as i remember. Maybe a few animations.
