Default Grammar Check and Grammar board

We talked about it and the thing finished in the trash of our minds, I would like to bring ahead the idea of having Grammar Board merged toghether with Grammar Check Board.

Less place to check for Grammar members and Updaters, and less steps for the procedure.
Let me know what you think.

This is my proposal, but we can implement other:

Move Grammar inside Updates Workflow and move Grammar Check inside Grammar as subforum.

Edited articles could have the same role of Grammar Check, so we could even delete one.

Updaters can access everything inside Update Workflow, that's another positive point to consider.

This shouldn't have an effect on the grammar-checking procedure, so I'm perfectly fine with it.

Ok, the permissions should be the same as before, except that now Updaters and Grammar Senior members have full moderator access.

I left inside Grammar both subforums, let me know what you prefer to stay or if you need both of them:

As long as it doesn't screw up the Grammar Squad pension plan, I'm fine with it.
