I've installed a DOS game, and the game wasn't really me, so I wanted to uninstall it...

Man, that's why I'm glad I'm not moderator of this forum anymore... I just can't beleive this.

Thing is, these DOS games won't alter the registry in your operating system. Therefor, you can safely delete them like you delete any unwanted file.

Once you delete something and empty the trashcan, it doesn't take up space on your HDD anymore.
The files are actually still there, but next time your PC needs to use some of the "free" HDD space they'll get overwritten.
