MicroProse is ESA I think.
Besides, it's too new, and if it's "public domain" as you say then it should be on Reloaded.

Well there's an absolute trove of MicroProse games on the site and the oldwarez list, so I assumed they weren't, although I was certain games such as Civ2 were being protected for a very long time.
