Romano, this place is not a democracy. We already talked about it.

And is it really reasonable to repeat the very same discussion on the subject after less than two months since last time?

Seb had been a good person, yes. For a while. Then he got into an argument with the high command, which ended in his account being suspended until Kosta could come around to decide on the course of action. So he used his Santa Clause account to get around it, and when that was suspended as well he tried creating a third one (which was stopped by one of the admins, not quite sure which one). And then after becoming a Dissident he did circumvent his restrictions in yet another way.[/b]
do you even wonder? they deleted his farewell topic, like he had no right to tell goodbye and others do. cause of row between him and admins. so he made another account and linked his farewel topic. they told their "arguments", cut him off in a middle in of a debate and posted under santa clause topic, to react on what they said.
then the thing with rainwife account..jesus..she had birthday..and asked seb to post under his name, to say thank you to all the people who wished her happy b-day..and what happened? they begun to attack again...

While I don't agree with the obvious attempts of some, who don't seem to like Sebatianos, to try to force their opinion about his should-be situation upon the others who think different, I also don't quite see a point in this thread.
I mean, if Sebatianos wishes so much to return here, he can PM Kosta and it's up to Kosta to decide if he should be let in again or not, and others will have to comply since he is the owner. What's the point behind opening this discussion here that automatically leads to a clash of different opinions and ultimately in another argument on the forum?

Well look at it this way, Romano is Kosta's father so they are probably in touch often, and public opinion may influence Kosta's decision.
You can't really compare Tiki with this, because his case was totally different, he had passwords to the server and everything, now only a handful of people (maybe only Kosta himself) can delete files on the server, and a small number of people can move around files(in which Sebatianos isn't inluded). And anyway with Sebatianos being on a public forum, he couldn't do any harm even (in a million years) if he would want to.
The worst thing that could happen is a another dispute, but this is already a dispute so meh.

I'm rarely around and know little from what's going on around here. One thing strikes me though, if he attracts so much attention and emotions (positive or negative) it must be that his intensive spirit and gaming energy played and plays a role on the site. Seb is still active in spite of all the differences and wants to join the club again. Having him back, I guess, is a winner for all.
If I got everything right

To me it is, but if you think not, no problem, if this isn´t a democracy ok, but we have thr right to wrote the opinions that we have, or this will have secrect services to eliminate the people that have different opinions.

Even though I don't really care (and DON'T go adding me to your little poll), I must say...

Even if he is helpful and all that (not saying he isn't), the fact that this topic has popped up numerous times already isn't exactly encouraging, seems more like whining (not saying it is that exactly, but hopefully you get the point), if he supposedly *wants* back (which is the main point of this it seems, wether he does or not), why doesn't he just PM the mods / admins / whoever and talk about it... or if he can't why don't you or something (not being accusitive, just don't know the "limits" of a dissident), don't really see the point of all this.

People's opinions seem to have staye dthe same anyways, thoose who do want him back wonder wether he wants to come back or not, and thoose that don't don't and aren't gonna change their mind anytime soon.

It occurs to me that all the trouble beings when we begin to act with each other in a less than business-like and productive manner. My dear old grandmother said unto me many a time "Child, do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I do try my utmost to bite my tongue and to hold any venom I might have within my bosum. I would, of course, agree that the administrators of this marvelous place have right to do what e're they please with the business of those who hold no stake here, regardless of their contributions. It is simply unfortunate that status is shown here, for status breeds contempt.

well opinions of people have this tendency to change. if they wouldnt' we could never grow on personal level. Your's hasn't changed. Which is good - means you are more of a decision maker. The world needs that kind of people.

But maybe some others changed their opinion on this. That's why i don't really see a problem bringing it up every once in a while. Especially since there is (IMO) a good reason behind it (he was contibuting a lot to the site) and this is not some random search for people to come back to main forums.

You guys ban persons who got into arguments with you?? Sheez!

People dont flame others withouth a f****** good reason! If Seb, Anubis or Tiki flamed one of your sorry behind's, because the admin/mod did something bad!

I dont personally know Sebatianos or Anubis, but I know that theyre both good and nice guys. I think they were banned, because the admins/mods dont want to tell the reason of flaming.

EDIT: No wonder that people go to realoded!
