Default McGruff the Crime Dog "No Show" Apple II game

I am looking for the McGruff the Crime Dog "No Show" Apple II game. Tried to answer the questions as best I could:

When did you play the game?
I think 1987 or 1988

What computer did it run on?
Apple IIe

What operating system did the computer run?
ProDOs, I guess? Whatever flavor of DOS Apple IIe's were running at the time

What were the graphics like?
I think CGA, surely no better than EGA

What was the music like?
Don't remember, probably just beeps

Were there speech?
Not that I remember

What was the gameplay like?
Text-adventure-ish, with graphics. Choices were yes, no, true, false, that kind of thing. There was a minigame that you played, where you had to stop a moving block on a section of a bar to make correct choices. The sections of the bar would change size based on previous choices, so incorrect choices would make selecting the correct choice harder as you progressed. You had to navigate situations dealing with substance abuse.

Which perspective were you given there?
First-person perspective, I think

So the only mention I can find of this is in an old OSAP Prevention Pipeline publication that I dug up on Google. It states the title as "McGruff's 'No Show" Computer Game, WINNERS SAY NO TO DRUGS," and I guess you could order it as part of a substance abuse prevention program back in the 80s. The publication is dated 1987. I just had an attack of nostalgia and started poking around to try and find it. If anyone knows of a copy out there I would appreciate any info. Thank you!
