Here is my guide for programming C++ in Windows.

How about using Eclipse CDT as an IDE? I've used the Java perspective and liked it a lot, no doubt the C++ version works just as well!

I don't find this guide very appropriate due to subjective approach (mildly said). Any person that is eager to learn programming would be put off immediately when he sees statements like this one:

If you like M$ rubbish then you can use MSVC++
but the compiler is rubbish so stay away if
you can.

Also, guide features only one simple example with few links spiced with abovementioned anti-Microsoft policy. To be served hot.

IMHO, poor effort. I sincerely hope you can do better than that.

The microsoft C++ compiler is rubbish I have used it my self and found a number of problems, I am only trying to get people to use good software.

And I will make more examples, this is only the first version on the guide.

I am not anti-Microsoft, I am anti-rubbish software.

My guide is for people who want to program C++, the easy way not the hard way where they are hindered by poor software.

You're trying to get people to use software you like.
Guides should be objective and you ought to let people decide which software they like, not promote those you like.

I have tried quite a number of compilers and I don't find Microsoft's software that troublesome. It's all up to users, in the end.
