I guess that I would hope that people would talk about the topic instead of get kind of elitist about everything but okay. Any way I have the game now so if is now abandonware I can post it or whatever.

As the other thread stated, protected until 2010, that means that the staff will surely check if it can be approved, but AFAIK the CD-ROM version is going to the Cellar. And to get back on topic, the only thing I really hated about it was that most of the missiles are pretty darn useless. They are costly, and everyone just dodges them with chaff and flare -_-"

Missile Fix
Quote:
Just passing through as I'm improving my own game package. One of the things I save are abandonia's forum topics about games I package, in their entirety. I like to read other peeps opinions coz it gets me in the proper mood, like when I has in school and talked about games I played with old pals. And who knows what else I'll find. Just happened to read the last post and I knew about the fix from before (though fix is rather new, from 2017) when I originally packed everything. Anyways have fun with some proper "Fire n Forget". |

Did you try to contact eXo? Known as eXoDOS here. He is most enthusiastic DOS-collector I ever seen in years. One of several who not simply collects all this games (as me, for example), but actually test them and adapt to usefulness.

There are many of our kind I am sure
pcgamingwiki.com and vogons.org are great resources to finding solutions to known and unknown problems respectively. Both are pretty much responsible for my 100% success rate at making plug & play packages of pre-2000 games, tuned to perfection. Only sweet problem is I keep finding new stuff to add to packages I deemed complete... For example only a week ago I discovered tvtropes.org, a site rich in various and interesting triva about even the most obscure of games. So at one point I'll have to update each package to include saved offline .mhtml page. Example. It never ends |
