Hello, i hope i have write in the right section.
My english is not the best, but i want to ask you, can i use the music from old games like north & south on my website or in a map for a game??

why not? its not our music and if the game is abdnoned, the company is dead or has the game forbidden
but remember that abandonware is officialy illegal so you probably wouldnt be able to broadcast in tv or something=S

It might be worth us checking out which games are under Creative Commons licenses, for use of their music etc.

Although this might be more relevant for Re-loaded.

thank you for the answers, i will use the music of great old Psygnosis, they are regrated by sony.

The music from part 2 is very funny and have a extreme oldschool touch.
But where i can see if a game have copyright about the music???

Depends what you want to use the music for! If you want to make a techno remix of it and make a record of it to sell it to all the clubs you probably should have the written agreements from the copyright owner...
