do you some problem with the hair in portugal.In here few men´s use long hair but maybe in outhers country the hair it´s not importante to finding job´s, so we debate different culture customs.

OK guys...
This has gone on far enough.
I think this topic isn't a bad one, because it has brought back the question of different languages for the forum (it's been talked about a few times before), but the rules for now are simple - If you joined the forum you also comited your self to using the English language. (You did read the registration form carefully, right? You didn't just click "I agree", right?)

But you're getting way off topic now, so I'd like to ask you to stop it.
