Are you sure? According to MobyGames, the game was released in the United States - a country where English is the primary language. Therefore, it's logical to assume there must have been an English release of the game.

Of course, if there never was an official English release, and if the Abandonia staff doesn't allow complete fan translations to count, then this game would be invalid.

As it turns out, FX Studios, the original publisher of Hollywood Monsters, still sells it on their website. Pity, given as there's an unofficial English fan translation.
