of course we can't be as amazing as google but what capo probably meant meant was that, for example, white space could be counted as AND/OR statement, not an actuall character. or optimizing apostrophes/hyphens, stuff like that

some forums don't count posts. it used to be blah blah blah, but i think it's been allowed again a while ago. i'm not sure which forums don't count posts right now
