Quick responce, sell EVERYTHING that isn't nailed down the turn before the towns change. You can't take it with you, unless it's crowns.

Without knowing what you have exactly done and what specifically is the problem, we cannot help you.
Until you post more detailed information about your problem, I can only refer you to this FAQ.

Please post a more detailed description of your problem including any and all error messages you encountered.

Also, please describe where exactly did you unpack the games and what commands have you entered in DosBox (exact syntax, please; it's important).

If you have made any modifications to your DosBox.conf, please post a copy of its contents.

The most recent version of DosBox is 0.70.
Download that one, install it and get rid of that outdated 0.63.

Well, am bringing this topic back up once again - now that I'm on an oldbie spree and all. Anyway, Dosbox question - got it all working no sweat etc, except for that the introduction is rather laggy for some reason (rest of the movie sequences in the game are ok) and the mouse control is slightly laggy as well.

I don't really mind the intro being choppy and all, but the mouse lag is bit more troublesome. Anyone know if it's possible to tweak it somehow?

Try to increase the cycles via Ctrl-F12.

I remember this game! I had the PC version. It's hard to tell from the boxshots... but didn't this game come in a sorta 3D box? I seem to recall that the box front was rounded/arched, and the teeth on the front were actually cutout so it was kinda a 3D effect like you were looking through the mouth of that gremlin-thing! Cool game.
