P.S. If he ain't gonna play them ALL, why buy them at all???

because he's a collector. That's what they do.

I just wonder about his funds. He doesn't seem to have a job, judging from the interview.
Well, that is just stupid then - never using stuff you buy. Just - not fair... or legal for that matter... [/b][/quote]
I have a lot of games that I never played. I hope to play them one day, but you never know...

@ Kon-Tiki - kid got only couple hunderds games in his room.

That's sick? What is the point in life if you have everything? That's practically junk, you cannot play them all. And how the hell can he afford that?

He's a junkie.
But seriously. I have way less games than most other people, I trade in my games to get others, because I rarely spend 50 or even 20 dollars on games, unless I really want them, usually it's CDs, Books, Food, Coffee, or stuff like that.

It's is pretty sick actually. You're right.

He collects video games. Whats wrong with that? It is his hobby, his Job.
There are people who collect baseball cards, antiques, cars etc...
I suppose you think that Jay Leno has a problem since he has a large car collection.

He sells games at a flea market and if you ever bought a game from ebay it was probably from him. That is where he gets the money to collect. That is where his income comes from.
Link to Friend of the collectors interview. Says there what he does for a living. http://www.vintagecomputing.com/index.php/archives/109

Looks as if you are junkie. Having 1769 post in this forum in a little over 1 year.
That would come up to almost 24,000 posts in 16 years.
