Default Flash-crash, pls help!

I used a site to watch videos. It is similar to YouTube for example.
The flash seems to be crashed, but the failure is restricted to this site in question.

Please help me to solve this, I really like to use that site!!!
The actual problem is shown on the attachment-picture.

The problem seems to be in the website layout, not the Flash. First of all try a different browser.

Selfrepair happened. Process unknown. I'm satisfied.
