this amn was a mediocre buisnessman and a known dessident (that is apart form the other things he did) allthough later changed sides and started working as an agent for the government.

the time is a bit different: late 17th- early 18th century.
allso while like I said his most famous work has 68 words in it's name, it's much more often referenced with just two (both of hwich are part of the 68). |

why are there apostrophes on top of some letters?
 other than that, I wouuld like to applaud you on this one, it's wrong, but the amount of work you must have done, seems to be enormous! the guy is english, from England. |
