4. put yourself in my position:
you had a long day, are really tired from something, should've gone to bed since 20 hours at least - but you're in the good mood to look for some old games, which are abandoned - means "free" because no one wants to make money with them anymore...
-> stumbled across here and not checking the dang "NO90"... (Janeway stolen your coffee, too)
-> 1st went to FAQ, like it is normal, but don't had english language selected at this moment, so nothing was to find there. dang really. looked for keywords "NO90" in Forum nothing

-> wrote a thread to introduce yourself nicely, described your problem in a nice manner ->
than got a really enlighten answer -> and you can't believe it: you're an punk, an idiot, a nonchecking amebe!
-> this kind thread invited me with a smiley bumbin his head, meant I'm an idiot. thought just nice, So I'm an idiot now, because I not choosen english language and therefor not getting any faq. (but at first the possibility of the languages was overwhelming and everything seemed to be well-made) - it's not my fault looking at a non-complete website - just that I choosen my own language... Ok, here's the deal -

Being combative and argumentative won't make people want to help you, and neither will apologizing in a half-hearted way then continuing to be rude. You are more than welcome on this forum, but perhaps you might consider being a little more polite to the people who

a) you don't know and
b) really are willing to help you out.

We'll assume now that you've read the FAQ in English and you understand why we don't provide certain games for free download.

Let me explain, you may have bought the game many years ago, but you bought the discs/cd. You did not buy the rights to that game for eternity. Think of it this way, if you buy a car from Toyota and you then drive away and crash that car, it is now your problem, Toyota does not send you a brand new shinning car. For better or worse, we didn't make that rule, but we do like to try and make this site conform to the ESA as much as possible in an effort to avoid legal trouble (i.e. closure of the site.)

If you'd like to know more about the ESA check around the forums, although I think people may have already linked you to some of the relevant threads

Now, I'm locking this thread because I think we've all done enough insulting of each other for one day. KrazeeXXL, if you have any other questions PM me or any other of the mods/admins, or better yet, phrase your forum posts in a friendlier and less angry way - We'll on get along much better that way, besides, we need all the abandwonware freaks we can find
